Schedule - Practices and Games

to view all games and practices times. Please email
the Field Scheduler at
with any rescheduled game dates and times.
Procedure for Rescheduling Games
As the HOST HOME COACH it is your responsibility to notify the visiting
coach of the game cancellations; please do so immediately. Also, you have
been or will be copied on an email to all the affected town NVYSL
representatives. Don't rely on these emails from the Stow Soccer Club to
the visiting town representatives to cancel the games; you must do the
notification directly. To reschedule your games contact the
visiting coach ASAP. Confirm the cancellation of the game. Use YOUR
assigned practice time slots at Pine Bluffs as the preferable makeup
time/place. If these time slots are not acceptable to the visiting coach
for possible alternatives.
Once both coaches agree on a time slot send the information to Adam
Tocci at,
and the club. The time will be placed on the web site and you
will receive confirmation that your game has been reserved.
Adam Tocci will
do his best to find a referee for the slot. If you can't get a referee
from Adam the two coaches need to pick an alternate referee for the game
[Coach, experienced parent or other]. Please note the League requirement
that whomever is picked must referee the ENTIRE game. NOTE: Priority for
refs will be given to Nashoba Cup teams. Also, please get your request to
Adam Tocci as far in advance as possible to give you the best chance of
getting a ref for your game. Play the game and report scores as
usual to the club at,
as soon as possible after the game.
Coaches
- Secure Goals !
Attention coaches - please get in the habit of checking all soccer goals
and making sure they are anchored or secured for every game and practice.
The club will supply any equipment that is necessary (anchors, sandbags,
etc.). Please contact the club if you need equipment. Please
take the time to be sure goals are secured properly!
Field Use
When can I
start ?
Practices can be requested now, for the spring season.
Can I have my own field?
As always, there are more teams than field practice slots. Coaches are
expected to double up with other teams, so look for opportunities to coordinate with
others at similar ability level.
How often can I
practice ?
Typically U10 and up teams practice once or twice per week, and
U8 and under teams practice once per week. Practice times/locations
are based on coach preference and field availability. All teams will
be guaranteed one practice slot. Additional slots will be added
based on field availability.

with your name, division (example GU12) and requested practice time.
You will receive confirmation once your request is received, and you are
given a time slot. Please do not use the fields until you have
received confirmation of your practice time! As always, you can view
the field schedule above to check the latest field availability. We
cannot guarantee the time you request will be the time you receive, due to
limited field space.
