We build the data pipeline and dashboards on top of the model, with the methodology documented so nothing is a black box.

4 · Deliver & iterate

You get reports, dashboards or a one-off analysis — and, if you want it, an ongoing analytics function that answers new questions as they come up.

Data security & independence

• We work under NDA and to your data-handling requirements; we don't need raw PII to model performance.
• Metric definitions are documented and owned by you — no lock-in.
• Our published market data (what we measure) is kept independent of client work.
